We enjoyed a full two days in this fascinating city and can honestly say that Tirana far exceeded our expectations.

We visit the ‘Pyramid of Tirana’, originally built as a museum in honour of Albanian dictator Enver Hoxha, which now serves as a ‘Monument for the People’. One of us takes a walk to the top to check out the views.
